Therapy for Students
The return to school often stirs up anxiety, routine changes, and big feelings for both kids and parents. Working with a Rally Point Therapist can help your kids (and your family) find steady footing in the middle of this busy season.
When should I consider therapy for my child?
If you're noticing things like…. it may be time to consider starting a converation with a therapist.
How can therapy help?
From couples and families to anxiety, trauma, and everything in between, our clinicians bring years of specialized experience to your situation.
What does starting therapy look like for kids specifically?
As a parent, you should know that you can come for the initial session with or without your student. You will get a chance to ask questions, discuss your concerns, and work with the intake therapist to pair your child with a therapist you think they will work best with.
If you bring your child, your child will get a chance to see the space, and interact with one of our therapists to get a feel for the experience.

Working with a Therapist can help your kids with things like:
•
Managing school-related anxiety
•
Building healthy routines and morning rhythms
•
Navigating friendships and social pressure
•
Strengthening focus and confidence
•
Naming and managing big emotions
